Musk talk at AfD rally was amazingly tone-deaf. Caught a bit of it because I am stuck at home, sick 😢

Curious about Rust, fuzzing, and type systems? Interested in GSoC? Then LibAFL may have a project for you.

We are currently looking to implement a generic/associated-type bounds over-specification linter as a GSoC project this year. We have opened an RFC for developing such a project, and are looking for feedback from academics or professionals specialising in Rust tooling and type systems, so do please chime in if you're interested!

Happy to announce the SBFT'25 fuzzing competition! Unlike previous years, we will favour fuzzers which are better at discovering novel edges and will accept existing fuzzers as submissions, so there is no excuse to not join in :^)

Suppose I have an image and want to show the distribution of colours in that image. Obviously, I can sort the pixels in a line and be done. But what if I wanted to preserve the original photo's dimensions, while minimising the colour distance across neighbouring pixels in both dimensions?

Anyone have tips for hosting servers on solar energy? My brother wants to deploy some old racks after having the energy company reduce the compensation to less than the price of maintenance. Mostly concerned about making task restore work, he won't get enough energy to maintain uptime when sunlight isn't available. Maybe virtualization with some kind of hook for suspending when energy is less available?
