• fill a plastic bottle with hot water, it works great and keeps heat perfectly

• take paracetamol / ibuprofen but do not go over the recommended dose if you value your liver and kidneys

• get yourself some hot food in your stomach, but not too much so you don't get sick. rice & tomato sauce works great imo, or just tomato soup too
