The #nixos configs will be #opensource, so anyone can deploy their own similar #fediverse instance. Really easily. I mean Nix just lets you fart these things out. The database snapshots are pulled off #ipfs, and I do run a few IPFS nodes to keep things persistent. The tailscale bits, are a little more complex. My headscale network is not ready for production...yet. So it is reliant on #tailscale to a point. But I'm pretty proud @screwtape pep talks do wonders for a man's confidence.

This is actually turning out pretty good. I've been excited to put my #nixos skills to serious use. Is it running #docker? Nope. I gave up that shit. For Nix containers! Waaaaayyy better crack. Especially for what I'm going for. Which is a distributed, pretty #censorship resistant #fediverse instance using technology I've been developing for my ISP.
