Après bientôt 5 années de transition dont 4 avec un état civil correct, je me fait toujours mégenrer quotidiennement par des gens qui ont mon dossier sous les yeux.
À une époque ça m'énervait, maintenant ça me fait rire parce que je trouve ça logique finalement.
Déjà, quand j'étais ado, je me faisais régulièrement mégenrer dans l'autre sens avec mes cheveux long.
Je pense que cis ou trans, dès qu'on a pas une apparence qui rentre très clairement dans les normes le mégenrage est un truc qui peut nous arriver.
Ensuite, régulièrement, les personnes qui me mégenrent en milieu médical sont des personnes qui essayent de bien faire et d'anticiper, justement pour m'épargner un mégenrage.
Mon hypothèse c'est qu'elles ont tellement l'habitude de voir des personnes visiblement pas très cis, avec un état civil pas à jour, pour des examens globalement associés à la transidentité, qu'elles « inversent » automatiquement le marqueur de genre, ce qui doit fonctionner pour plein de monde, mais pas pour moi.
L'autre jour j'ai du expliquer à la secrétaire médicale que c'était pas la peine, mon état-civil était à jour, la carte vitale aussi, et elle a mis plusieurs seconde à percuter :')
Après y'a toujours des cons qui mégenrent exprès même quand je leur explique, mais ça reste très marginal dans mon expérience.
Moralité : abolir les marqueurs de genre dans l'administration ça ferait gagner du temps et de l'énergie à tout le monde.

Mes usages importants du téléphone sont toujours possibles (je peux toujours passer des appels, me repérer dans l'espace, chercher des informations, lire, faire de la veille, modifier et consulter mon calendrier ou mon carnet de contact, parler à mes proches…) et les usages que je voulais réduire ou supprimer ont bien diminué ou disparu (achats compulsifs sur Vinted, multitaches, nombreuses discussions en parallèle sur plusieurs messageries, doomscroll sur Mastodon ou sur le web, écriture dans un environnement peu adapté…)
Je fais plus de choix conscients sur ce que je fais à un instant sur le téléphone ou non, et pourquoi. J'ai donc bien l'impression d'avoir récupéré du contrôle sur mon quotidien, mon temps et mon attention, et d'avoir une meilleure qualité de vie (ce n'est pas démesuré mais c'est perceptible et très appréciable)
Effet de bord inattendu, j'ai aussi beaucoup moins d'anxiété sur le fait de perdre mon téléphone ou de ne pas savoir où il se trouve à un instant T. Des fois il se passe des demis-journées entières sans que je me rappelle qu'il existe physiquement et ça c'est vraiment cool.
À terme, j'aimerai quelque chose d'encore plus basique et moins cher, et dans mes prochaines expérimentations je pense remettre en service un téléphone à clapet tout simple pour quand je sors dans la journée.

J'ai moins d'applications installées que sur mon téléphone précédent, et ça me plait, il ne reste basiquement que les choses que j'utilise vraiment.
Pour faire le lien avec le point 2 de mon premier post, je pense que je passe une à deux heures de moins par jour sur ce téléphone que sur l'ancien, ce qui est pour moi une réussite.
Le fait que le téléphone soit plus lent (mais pas trop), plus étroit (mais pas trop), moins pratique (mais pas trop) à rajouté suffisamment de friction dans mon quotidien pour m'obliger à passer plus souvent sur le PC pour des tâches que je faisant avant sur le téléphone, notamment l'écriture. On pourrait se dire que c'est un souci, mais en pratique, ça veut dire que je multitache beaucoup moins et ça pour moi c'est aussi une vraie victoire.
En basculant sur le Duoqin, j'ai entièrement désactivé l'affichage des notifications quand le téléphone est vérouillé. Je peux donc regarder l'heure et la date, allumer la lampe torche ou décrocher si on m'appelle sans voir que j'ai des notifications. Là aussi, je pense que ça se cumule et que je m'interromps beaucoup moins dans mon quotidien. Avant j'aurai été avec des ami·es, j'aurai regardé l'heure sur mon téléphone, vu que j'avais un message, regardé le message.
Maintenant je regarde juste l'heure et je reprend ma discussion avec mes ami·es 2s plus tard.

À l'usage, le téléphone est assez lent, de manière perceptible, mais pas affreuse non plus. J'utilise Mastodon directement depuis l'application web par exemple, et quand je scrolle ça se sent que ça ramme, mais ça reste utilisable.
Les applis natives sont plus performantes, j'ai fait des trajets avec GPS sur google maps et tout fonctionne nickel, même si l'écran est parfois un peu petit pour bien tout voir.
