So far a great year for running: yesterday passed the 3000k mark and got a marathon PR (worst cumulative results and more attempts 🫠), finished my first 100k, set my current PRs for every distance from 400m to 100k. Maybe that 100m should come next! #Running #TrailRunning #UltraRunning

I've been setting a distance range in Strava and selecting a route from the suggested ones. It started with an easy shoreline and ended with ah-this-is-what-gaiters-are-for sand dunes, on road running shoes. Got on another "funny" one a few weeks ago: do your research. 🥵🫠

Legend says #JimiHendrix got the inspiration to write Castles Made of Sand after visiting this place. (Which is completely incorrect because the release-visit dates don't match 😅) #Running #TrailRunning #HardRock #Psychedelia

Good news: got another three PBs 10mi - 1:07:57 hours - 4:13/km, 20k - 1:25:35 hours - 4:17/km, half marathon - 1:30:35 hours - 4:18/km and ran my longest in weeks!

Bad news: my Sahara trip got cancelled halfway through, waited 3 hours at the laundromat and I've spent the rest of the day in the bathroom. 🫠
