Saw #andreaparker 's Bird yesterday. Love her #movies (Fishtank, American Honey) so much, and Bird is no exception. Amazing story about what it's like to grow up in today's world. Music is also very important again.

I know for sure that this one will stay in my thoughts and under my skin for a long time, like good art always does.

Bird may not be my favorite #film of her, but it’s still way more interesting than the high budget movies I’ve seen recently.

I really love the pictures of Letizia Battaglia. Everytime I see one, a whole narrative spontaneously pops up in my head. Beautiful, strong, intriguing... #Photography at its best.

Some easy, relaxed #climbing in #Yvoir, #Belgium today.

A large rockslide took out most of the top layer of this slab 3 years ago. The yellow bits in the first picture are newly exposed rock; the dark grey is some of the old rock surface that is still hanging on.

Belgian climber Anak Verhoeven released a video of her #climbing La Planta de Shiva in Spain. It's a 9b route, the hardest grade climbed by women so far. She's the fourth woman to climb 9b.

Fun #climbing in Dave yesterday. A crag called Rochers de Néviaux. Another old limestone crag bordering the river Meuse. Lots of pockets and overhangs, which I’m not very good at. But fun nevertheless. (not me in the pictures)

Na meer dan dertig jaar autorijden, heb ik eindelijk voor de eerste keer een alcoholcontrole gehad. Dat zegt toch wel iets over de frequentie van alcoholcontroles in #belgie.
