Entrees are now achieved, mashed potato, stuffing and turkey. Wife has made waldorf salad, rhubarb pie and has broccoli waiting in the wings, ready to steam. And now we got 90 minutes before guests arrive. I'm going to sit down for an hour and watch the Dog Show on NBC.

I think it's high time I signed up for an online course, something along the lines of a new skill or trade. I'm thinking NY State Dept. of Environmental Conservation. Let's see they've got Cooling towers, rights of way, Anti-fouling paint. Ah, here's the one,... Pesticide Application. 30hrs. of self-paced online classes, take an in person proctored exam, boom!
