Testing out different yoyos. The special ones are a bit cumbersome by design to keep the basic yoyo relevant. The wind yoyo is still missing a full screen wind effect, but I guess the others are pretty much done now.

Zomg, look what I found! I was only 16 when I released the game on THE national computer mag BBS.
This glorious 256 color MCGA game was written in Turbo Pascal and I never figured out how to do raw keyboard input, so the controls were a bit cumbersome; keys for starting running and a separate key for stopping. There's also no double buffering, so you can see some flickering when the sprites draw their background.

What! Another update?
After a lot of trial and error, looping samples now work a lot better. To demonstrate here's a cool chiptune that really pushes my player to the limits. Not quite ModPlug Tracker smooth, but pretty decent considering the lower bitrate and lack of proper mixing.

Thanks to super-secret government technology arpeggios no longer sound like nails on a chalkboard in AmigoTracker 1.21! I also managed to squeeze some extra performance out of the resampler, allowing a 2x output sample rate within tolerable loading times.
