Winter Cardinal, 500 pieces, Allport Editions. Time 4:06

Immediately after my best time on a 500 piece puzzle, I get my worst time. I figured it would be hard with the complex mixed patterns often in multiple locations but it was even harder than I expected. The complex piece shapes seem like they should have helped, but not for me. Still a fun puzzle, made in the US, and ecologically sensitive. #jigsawpuzzles

Food Truck Festivals, the Crepes Truck, 500 pieces, Ceacopuzzles. (1 of four in a set) Time 1:35

Remarkably easy due to all the small areas with distinctive colors and patterns plus lots of orthogonally oriented borders, resulting in by far my fastest time ever, and not even a redo. Fun as well due to all the thematic detail, and a great deal since it has 4 puzzles for about what you'd normally pay for one. #jigsawpuzzles

Woodland Picnic, 500 pieces, Mudpuppy. Time 1:51 (redo).

Another fun little puzzle. I thought I'd have an even better time but I had trouble with all the details.

I enjoyed this video. I pretty much knew and did everything in it, but I appreciated the scientific support behind these choices. I was surprised she didn't mention that buying things uses your money and time. My son has a terrible overconsumption problem and in his case what it does to his budget is the worst part. He's drowning in short-term loans to buy fancy food and soaps and crystals and it's just heartbreaking.

7 Scientific Tips to Consume Less.

Edward Gorey, 1000 pieces, Pomegranate Artpiece Puzzle. Time 7:50

Not as hard as I expected. The puzzle was bought at a steep discount so I won't rag on them for the missing edge piece. #jigsawpuzzles

Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg are trying to suppress the publication of the JD Vance dossier (possibly because it is full of withering criticism of Trump by Vance)

But while Musk can, and does, block free speech on Xitter, he can't block it here, and you can find the dossier at: https://www.kenklippenstein.com/p/read-the-jd-vance-dossier

Don't forget to subscribe if you want to encourage honest reporting on Trump. I just did.
