Really enjoying 'Let The Music Play: How R&B Fell In Love With 80s Synths' by Steven Vass. Hits the right note between interesting tidbits and what synths were used where and by whom without going into circuitry diagrams or getting too wonky.
Structuring the book based on specific songs was a smart move and you'll be saying "he/she worked on that track?" a lot.

After trying everything I cannot settle on a notes app. Currently using Obsidian and I like it but it isn't perfect. I want an app that combines many features from different apps like MindNode, FigJam, Omni Outliner, Bicycle, and Freeform yet still with markdown. As of right now I’m seeing a Harris/Kelly Democratic ticket.
Beto O’Rourke or J.B. Pritzker would also be good VP candidates for Kamala.

Really love the Nova code editor from @panic. The last bit keeping me from moving from VS Code was my custom theme (or so I thought).
Turns out I have become somewhat reliant on GitHub Copilot - not for general coding but for tedious tasks like listing out 40+ hex codes. Copilot really shines here and gets the values from other open files and saves tons of time.
There is an initial version of Copilot for Nova but it doesn’t work (yet).
I hope they get it working soon or find an equivalent.

I'm going to predict that Apple will release its own search engine along with its new AI features.
I just can't see them relying on an ever-degrading Google to provide quality results from searches.
Apple will have to forego the billions it gets to have Google be the default search engine but I think those days were/are numbered anyway.
Anyway, we shall see.

It only took 2 years, 7 months, 14 days, and 7 hours but I finally finished unboxing and organizing all of my vinyl.
Everything is in plastic sleeves and in the right place.
At many points I never thought I would finish but really chuffed to have things organized like this.

Is it just me or is 1Password a complete shitshow on macOS Sonoma?
Autofill does not work at all and the Safari browser extension loads maybe 1 out of 10 times.
