i found a 64gb sd card i had lying around - which fits less than half my music collection 😝.

i obsessively downloaded music between 2007 and 2015 when I just… stopped.

i just want to test the tangara, so i'll just throw in some random albums – but as i browse these files i'm like,

do i want to listen to any of this?

all i want to listen to these days is thumping dance music and there's very little of that in here, i was a different person ten years ago

to all my #trans peeps right now:

most ppl are unthinking sheep who take cues from The Leader, and so a lot of cis folk are struggling to see us as human rn.

my advice is skip debates over their stupid evil phrasing (“chemical mutilation”), and

👉 focus your effort on getting the cis in your life to see you as a person, with feelings and rights.

i remember when trump first took office he had this galvanizing effect on society: people immediately got meaner.

i remember when Doug Ford took office a year later and his signature move was a scorched earth humiliation of all of his opponents.

i’m witnessing the same thing happening now, again, the extent to which humans take cues from their social superiors,
