We all know how inconsiderate Tokyo car drivers can be of bicyclists sharing the road. But there needs to be a special place in hell for drivers who don’t dim their high beams when approaching bicyclists at night. Almost had an endo last night as I crashed into a recycling bin that I couldn’t see after being blinded by a car.
