Since last month I've been playing bass in the thrash metal band Suicide of Society. I'm totally happy, I've been a big fan of the band for 10 years and love thrash metal.

On Sunday Toxic Holocaust are playing at our Vortex Club and we can play as an opening act.

Mein Schwiegervater ist gerade in Kurzzeitpflege. Wenn ich mir das so anschaue, denke ich, dass es an der Zeit ist für Heavy Metal Altenheime oder Metal-Mehrgenerationenhäuser.

(2/3) Then an MRI for my voice accidentally found a benign nodule on a parathyroid gland, which regulate calcium in the body. This causes far too much calcium and parathyroid hormone in the blood. This can trigger many symptoms, e.g. kidney stones, hyperacidity in the stomach, bone pain / osteoporosis (because the calcium is taken out of the bones) and the neurological / psychological symptoms I mentioned.

I'd like to tell you one reason why I haven't been here for so long, maybe it can help someone.

For several years I had increasing problems with tiredness, lack of motivation, concentration problems, stress and depression. Last year I also developed a unilateral vocal cord paralysis. Nothing (off time, medication, various doctors...) helped, it only got worse.
