The point about DEI is that it's how you hire the best. It's not a charitable endeavour, it's a tool to stop your workplaces being dominated by mediocre people from the same background who know how to game the system.

Without feeling like anyone invplved is outright evil, Vinted just seems a perfect example of how the web makes everything worse.
Used to be people just gave stuff to charity shops, other people paid for it, there was local human interaction and all the money went to people who needed it.
Now people sell their stuff online for a few quid, a business skims off a profit, and couriers go back and forth feeding the gig economy.
Everything is worse.

Being in government means taking responsibility for everything done by that government. The Green vote collapsed cos they made the housing crisis worse and they presided over an explosion in the cost of living. Their voters care about that more than FFG.
But they seem to think you can be in government and not in government at the same time. That's twice now and their hoping for a third go. Imbecilic.
