Without feeling like anyone invplved is outright evil, Vinted just seems a perfect example of how the web makes everything worse.

Used to be people just gave stuff to charity shops, other people paid for it, there was local human interaction and all the money went to people who needed it.

Now people sell their stuff online for a few quid, a business skims off a profit, and couriers go back and forth feeding the gig economy.

Everything is worse.
