Apparently our internet has been taken out by a fallen tree at a critical point on the network. They’re going to try and sort it out tomorrow. No news on the electricity.

It’s really quite windy here. Lights have flickered a couple of times, and some of the surrounding villages have lost power. Amazed we’ve not gone off. Yet. #Northumberland

I’m in the process of moving 2.5 years of entries from an increasingly flakey journal app to a hopefully much more stable one. It’s a bit of a laborious task, and it’s going to take a while, but it’s really nice to look back at my old entries as I copy and paste them. They’re mostly records of my walks, so there are a lot of sheep!

(Please don’t suggest doing a bulk export/import, been down that road, not happening)

It was beautifully bright and sunny today but extremely windy. It was quite hard going in places. Still a few patches of snow on the hilltops, but mostly melted, making it quite wet underfoot.
