Kinda only vague interest in a Nintendo Switch update unless the rumoured Wind Waker and Twilight Princess remakes are somehow launch titles locked to that hardware.

In which case πŸ’ΈπŸ’ΈπŸ’Έ

the entire reason static assets became a thing was because horizontally scaling dynamic compute was hard (so outsource that to S3)

good news from 2015: horizontally scaling dynamic compute is no longer challenging

thx future remains painfully unevenly distributed because developer education is frozen in decade old solutions for problems we no longer have

why open src foundations ? because incentives bend corporate sponsorship to stuff like this. should be basic criteria for infra deps but most IaC suffers this characteristic (and breaking changes, as a result). bad qualities for infra imo

So, conservatives are concerned about nine (yes the number nine) wind turbines which will be equal to the power output of a giant fucked dam project that took forever and had a huge negative environmental impact while drought only increasing........because they claim to be worried about "birds".

Our province forrest industry literally mows down thousands acres of trees a year.

How fucking stupid are we? (Don't answer that.)
