Something I'm seeing a LOT on Mastodon is people blaming one single issue or person for the Democratic Party's declining fortunes. Biden's policy on Gaza, AOC talking about cops, the words "green new deal," whatever.
That's not how politics work. The "undecided" minority is not a group of issue voters. They are moved by tribal affiliations and overarching narratives, by vibes and mood and humor. Marketing! Your issue does not matter very much.
