I'm not really sure what's going on with Korean transliteration but it seems like there's multiple systems in use and it kinda confusing. Maybe transliteration is just inherently confusing

Blorbos are a much better way of engaging with fandom for me than shipping. Shipping is fine and all but I do get frustrated with it as primary framing for fandom activities. But I could natter on about my blorobs all day

You know what would be really handy for for watching Rookie Historian? A flow chart of the history making process they are following. Like they write all the things in books and then they make some kind of daily log? Maybe? and then I'm not actually sure what happens. If the dynasty falls then you can use all this stuff to write an official history of the dynasty, but there's lot of missing steps

I've been watching Rookie Historian Goo Hae-ryung and really enjoying it! My beloved young woman trying to succeed at a historically masculine job trope! The ML is princess coded and that's delightful!

I don't think I agree with the show about the point of history but it's not so in your face as to be a problem for me, I just mentally shake my fist at confusian historical practice every now and again!
