And since I've been asked, it's not a matter of where you subscribe. Digital subscriptions tend to be best for us everywhere. Yes, we offer print, but the rates are in constant conflict with the increasing printing, shipping, and materials costs. Our revenue there is much less reliable.

Churn. It's the term for the subscribers you lose due to cancellations, credit card problems, etc. It's the riptide that pulls magazines out to sea. Each month we look for new subscribers to get us back to shore and, if we're lucky, maybe even to the car.
