I made the jump, and I love it! Feels like early Flickr. To quote an InfoWorld review: "content is more sparse, but is either more interesting or at least not manipulative."

Less than 24 hours on #pixelfed , and I'm in love. Early Flickr vibes, early Twitter vibes. No influencers, no engagement farming. Just people posting their pics.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but don't put all your domain controllers on VMs.

Anybody here use #pixelfed ? Hesitant to jump in. Sounds like a great idea, but I wonder if there's any traction.

Thank you @ianturton , @soerenwilke , and @calli for the prompt responses to my call for #QGIS help.
Following Sören's suggestion, I created polygon centroids, intending to use them to label the polygons, and move them as necessary. As it turned out, it wasn't even necessary to move them. The centroid labels transferred to the PDF just fine.
Thank you all again!!!

Need #QGIS help. I have a simple map of a town with lots. A small subset (79) of the lots are labeled. All labels appear in the map and layout, but some are missing from the exported PDF and PNG. What is going on and how can I resolve this?
QGIS 3.34.13 on Windows 10.

The 2025 #GeoHipster calendar has arrived, and it is wonderful. Kudos to @rjhale1971 for putting it together.
