Another loss last night. Tried for a three-ball plant to get my colour-set, but it wasn't quite set, and opponent immediately took two pockets. Attritional game followed, with me tapping tiny snookers again and again. Eventually got my foul and two shots, but tapped a colour with my cue. Next shot I utterly miscued. Disastrous. Match was more successful. Trailing 2-3 I went for a touchy clearance and tied the match. Decider was the group game, and a full-table screw back won it.
