Getting lots of new followers over the last few days, great to see.

Apologies if it seems rude I'm not following back, generally that's because you haven't posted anything or I can't see any info on your page.

A good place to start is with an #introduction post, just describing a bit about your interests etc. lots of folks repost these to their followers so it's a good way to get started.

(I wish the tusky app would automatically suggest / auto-fill people's usernames when mentioning in a post. Is it supposed to? Never works for me and it's a big faff to find their profile page, copy/paste user name etc. that last post took a lot longer than it should have)

Solid day so far. Nice breakfast, a couple of hours at the bouldering wall, now back home warming up after a rainy trip back. Later off to play board games and have dinner with @Winstonwells and the family.

So I think the way I'm going to use Pixelfed is mainly as a second account for media to avoid overloading the Lurk server with big files. Therefore like likely repost most of my posts from there, here.

Maybe if I see an uptick of followers from ordinary fedi accounts (that I recognise from masto feed) I'll not need to do that as much.

Still working it out basically.
