As with all copyright "is it legal" questions, the answer is probably "no" because shareholder value...

Would it be legal to use this set of ISBNs on Toolforge/Wikidata? Not sure how they got it, but IIRC IDs and names are not copyrightable?

New Mix'n'match functionality, per request:
Get the entries matching a property-value pair. Example:
Visual:
https://mix-n-match.toolforge.org/#/by_property_value/P214/10000023
API call:
https://mix-n-match.toolforge.org/api.php?query=entries_via_property_value&property=P214&value=10000023

Wrote a little script that finds @wikidata items of artists who died more than 70 years ago that have an invaluable.com ID (auction house) but no Commons category. That's ~7K artists.
The script then uploads the (now public domain) images from the auction site to Commons, creates the category using the WIkidata item, and adds the category to the item.
Example:

I just added "online access status: paywall" to a property where you can't see the linked-to page unless you pay.
I suggest this to be done with every relevant property, and to add a little lock symbol to these property in the UI. Saves you the click.

One way @wikidata could improve: Offer a JS API for user scripts to add statements, add references to existing statements etc, even if only for the UI (and not the API edit)
Some simple wrapper around code that must already exists. That user scripts can perform an action and it actually shows right there on the page, without the hacks that we all employ at the moment. That one can edit a statement after programmatically adding it.
For icing, offer hooks to inform user scripts about edit events

Question for the art history inclined:
Are Pankraz Labenwolf https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q110237 and Urban Labenwolf https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q131376606 related? SImilar years, same area, same profession, but no apparent link

Painters that have died before 1925 but do not have a Wikimedia Commons category on their @wikidata item.
Searching for the name on Commons can find some oversights. Otherwise, web image search yields PD images...
