what's the state of the whole spigot/bukkit minecraft ecosystem these days?
I'm reluctantly thinking about setting up a new java edition minecraft server; it's a deadly timesink but ultimately a healthier than scrolling, which is what I've been doing at night when I run out of steam to do other stuff
I miss being able to disappear to a place and chill with c418's music for a while
I like using worldedit to set up a huge hostile mob-free zone for umpty thousand meters around spawn, because it's the perfect balance IMO; you still have to farm/mine for resources to build stuff and you can go fight monsters if you want/need to but if you just want to peacefully tinker you can
