I sorely miss the ability to drag the current URL into the proper bookmark folder. Ctrl-D followed by a bunch of clicks to put the bookmark into the correct folder works, but it is just so much easier to drag/drop it! I do it in Firefox all the time.

v1.17 adds a context menu to the navbar bookmark indicator that you can use to add or move a bookmark to a specific folder.
