[#101] Linux Desktop Lagrange crashing on certificate change

Version 1.18.4 on Xubuntu 24.04

When visiting sites that require an identity, at the bottom of the page an identity selector pops up.

Choosing "Show Identities" and selecting an identity shuts down LaGrange. Upon opening, it appears that the chosen identity is in effect and no further problems are observed.

Note that choosing an identity from a sidebar works as intended without crashing.

Are you able to attach any backtraces here, showing where the crash is occurring?

Could you walk me through it?

It is very consistent -- as long as you hit a site requiring identity while not having one selected.

I can no longer reproduce it after restarting...

I suppose it is some kind of a fluke. Perhaps a memory leak -- it's been open for days, through many suspends on my laptop...
