i have opened discussions several times urging to adopt openid or come up with some idea on how people can feedback on posts under the posts and be presented by their gemini identity.

but maybe that's good that we have no such system.

blog or gemlog owner can silence commenters, can gather data about commenters, has privileges in the blog or gemlog space.

it might be hard to contradict in the space owned by person you oppose to.

maybe discussing in a third platform with unbiased moderator is the best.

There is no reason someone can’t add comment section to a gem log. It’s no different from writing a guestbook.

It’s just that no one has wanted to do it.
