I don't know why yet, but on some pages the title is not displayed correctly. Mostly it is happening on pages/folders without an index.gmi. E.g.:
=> /zettel/00600-organisationsmerkmale/zettel-00601a.gmi
Strangely enough, the display works for all tag pages.
=> /zettel/tags/hierarchie.gmi
The only difference there: There is only one file. In the example above, several files exist in the folder, including index.gmi.

It must have to do with the type of file, because I had imported the incorrectly output files, and not created them via the Flounder interface.
I now created a file with Flounder in a test, then copied the content of the erroneous page into it and - voila, it works. The title header is correctly displayed in large size.
