• Sweetcorn

• Mature cheddar cheese

• Condensed milk

Method

1. Blanch sweetcorn

2. Grate cheese

3. Combine corn, milk and cheese and mix well

4. Serve

5. Brace yourself

Verdict

• Definitely an acquired taste, but a fun talking point

• It is very, very sweet, so don't serve large portions
