Let's do an advent calendar of sorts! I aim to post something every day until Christmas Eve. Snippets from my life, tools I use, or maybe recommended reading. Something. I may not succeed, but I'll try.
Today I just want to share the joy of running. I normally hate running when it's cold outside, because I tend to breathe heavily and my bronchial tubes will hurt for days as a consequence of the cool down.
My wife runs a lot slower than I do, however. That's practical, because when we run together I automatically pace myself and thereby avoid injuries and bronchial pain. Wohoo!
To get an idea of what it's like running here this time of year: It's around -2C, no wind, and absolutely beautiful. Check these pics:
