Apparently podman is now available on Raspberry Pi OS (I haven’t checked that, but someone told me it is). I’m not super fond of running things in containers and having to mount stuff into it, but after thinking about it a lot maybe it’s worth it.
Since I don’t want to ”pollute” my server with Rust, but gemserv fulfills all my needs for a gemini server a container might be the way to go. The same thing goes for my thelounge.chat server, which runs on node.
I’ll have to think about it some more before deciding.
