Sparty is Finally Packaged

You can now install sparty, my client and library for the spartan protocol, with pip: 

pip3 install git+https://notabug.org/tinyrabbit/sparty.git#egg=sparty

This is similar to how gemcall has been installable for some time. I've also updated the README for both gemcall and sparty to better explain this.

Still having the same packaging issues in general that I talked about yesterday 😉️
