This is just the paste ! You can then cook it in coconut oil with seafood, beef or lamb and some potatoes, rice, roti ...

Ingredients - about 1 – 1-1/4 cups of finished curry paste

Herbs

Spices

Instructions Method:

  1. Roast all the spices with medium-low heat until they are fragrant, about 3-5 minutes.

  1. Put all of the roasted spices and herbs together in a blender and puree them.
