Easy Crust - Pate Brisée
When you cannot find the premade one in the supermarket, this recipe makes it in 10 mins !
Ingredients
- 75g butter
- ½ glass of water
- pinch of salt
- 150g flour
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a casserole
- Add the water and salt
- Remove the casserole from heat
- Pour all the flour in one go in the casserole and whisk energetically with a wooden spoon
- The crust should start to form in the casserole
- Use a rolling pin or your fingers to make it flat
