WHDownExtract - Downloads a file from WHDownload and extracts it

Usage: whdownextract NUMBER/A,DESTINATION

Whdownextract works similiar to whdownget but it automatically extracts the

downloaded file and deletes the archive. If no DESTINATION is given the

downloaded file will be extracted to the current working directory.
