It's a strange feeling. I want to consume, but there's nothing to consume! At times like this I'm supposed to stop consuming, right? I guess so.
Our bodies like cycles. First you eat, then you digest, then you apply your energy. If you keep eating, you don't get the most out of each bite. And if I eat and digest, but then I'm sedentary, I don't sleep right.
By limiting the size and frequency of your information meals, you get the chance to reflect and integrate. Then you can apply what you know. You might find yourself naturally drawn to produce.
