ctrl-b followed by = brings up a buffer list of the stuff that has been previously copied.
d on an entry will delete it.
I know I can use the buffer name in the target of commands, but I don’t know if there’s a binding to do anything on the buffer list screen other than the d.
Hitting enter on any of them will insert them into the active panel.
