I suspect the sardines were the trigger. I think the cherries earlier in the week may have mitigated the gout symptoms, but I haven’t had any cherries since Thursday because I was worried I was falling out of ketosis.
Monday through Thursday I had sardines, cherries, heavy cream, and beef.
I have had sardines just about ever day. No beef yesterday.
Pepperoni on every day I had eggs/cheese.
