Dealing with projects that haven't been progressing as well as they should have and supervisors who don't understand is taking a toll on me more than I thought it would. Has anyone else found a way to get out of these situations?

Just remember you are surely doing the best you can in the circumstances. An upset supervisor is not a huge significance in the long arc of a career. If they don't appreciate you maybe it's time to keep your eyes open for other opportunities that may come along · 2 years ago
