@melyanna Nothing specific in my case, just more strictly doing what I did before. More sessions, more intensity, and back to strict control over my diet. Yeah, it's hard to find something that provides enough of that initial motivation. Even taking a 1-hour podcast for a walk around a nice area of your city to get 10k steps is a great start though :) · 4 months ago
