Old fart advice here, figure out what you want out of life instead. It's a lot harder than it sounds.

Once you kind of have a direction with your life, find a profession that suits it.

Especially with computer science, don't do it just because you find it interesting. There are too many facets of IT that will kill your interest. Most of which only become apparent once you get a job.

A few are, long hours/on call duty, having to deal with people who think a monitor is a PC, lots of hours spent on paperwork/project management. · 1 month ago
