Office jobs are brutal. Human bodies and human minds are not designed to be shackled to a desk in a completely beige concrete office building. It is soul-sucking. The only way to maintain your humanity through it is to stay active outside of work (and to find small ways to be somewhat active at work). I, for example, walk to the furthest restroom I can at work, just to get the extra steps in. · 2 months ago
