Hopefully by now you have recovered but I second the advice of drinking a lot of water. At least one cup of water per cup of alcohol.

Also salted peanuts or similar are really good to replenish your electrolytes. · 2 months ago

It gets better if you lay down in bed or on a couch and plant one foot firmly on the ground.

Also, drink lots and lots of water. Roughly one glass of water for one glass of beer. · 2 months ago
