I think it's @martin and he mentioned some time ago that

I'm working on it. It's pretty untested right now, but nothing is stopping me open-sourcing the repo. It's a Go + SQLite project. Ideally I'd like to add a little suite of end-to-end tests to make any future changes easier before I do that though. · 3 years ago
