I'm not familiar with Operation: Followthrough but it sounds like a very 80s UK centric title (Spectrum?) Where a colourful but pixelated Major (got to have a huge moustache) has been slipped some laxatives by a disgruntled Private and must get safely to the barrack toilets before he, well, followsthrough.
