Do you have access to the account still? If so, ill send you a message and make response soon as you can. Once done, ill be able to pinpoint your cert and gembox via recent modified date (all users certs and gemboxes are procedural generatively labelled so as to protect the privacy and security of users, as well as the fact the contents themselves are encrypted to respective certificate).
