Thanks for the comments here people. Station now has search. Find it on the homepage, and check Recent Updates for details. In theory, you can now use search to follow a hashtag. 👊 · 3 years ago

Remember, Twitter hashtags were initially implemented by a totally different website, hashtags.org. Someone could always do the same for Station ;) · 3 years ago

Searching would be best. Hashtag support would be implicitly supported by searching, as you could then search for a hashtag string in the message. · 3 years ago
