Pellicci's does the best English breakfast in East London. It also does pretty good bread pudding as well which you can takeaway. The cafe is decorated in almost an Art Nouveau style and it's very small and it's very popular with tourists so you either have to queue or be in the neighbourhood at unusual times. A personal favourite.
