2023-07-05 15:05:21 as part of this, I'm adding a few new file: words for reading & writing larger chunks (with the VM doing the byte to cell conversions)

2023-07-05 15:06:44 Doing this is going to save considerable time. I've finished testing reads, and on a 800k file, it takes about 0.08s with the new words compared to 25.1s for the old character at a time approach.
